At My Creative Director (“MyCD”), confidentiality is central to how we work. We understand that clients and prospective clients may share sensitive ideas, business strategies, or intellectual property with us. This page explains our commitment to handling your information responsibly.
1. Confidential Information
“Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:
• Brand concepts, product designs, and naming ideas
• Business strategies, plans, or financial data
• Intellectual property, trademarks, and research materials
• Any non-public information you share with us during discovery calls, proposals, or projects
2. Our Commitment
MyCD agrees to:
• Use Confidential Information solely for evaluating and delivering our services;
• Not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without your permission (unless required by law);
• Protect Confidential Information with reasonable care, similar to how we protect our own sensitive materials.
3. Exclusions
This NDA does not cover information that:
• Is already public or becomes public without our involvement;
• Was lawfully known to MyCD before disclosure;
• Is independently developed by MyCD without reference to your Confidential Information;
• Is obtained lawfully from another source.
4. Formal NDA Agreements
While this page sets our general confidentiality standard, we also provide a formal written NDA for prospective and current clients. A signed NDA offers stronger legal protection and is recommended before sharing sensitive project details.
